1. Scope
These terms apply to tours, seminars, tastings, events and vouchers of Manufaktur Mönchhagen. Orders in the online shop are subject to the terms of Domäne Ostsee.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded by booking via the booking system or by written confirmation of an enquiry.
3. Prices and payment
All prices for private customers include statutory VAT. Tours and seminars are paid on booking, events on invoice.
4. Cancellation
Tours and seminars can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. After that you can transfer your place to another person. For events, the conditions in the quote apply.
5. Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for three years from the end of the year in which they were purchased. Cash payment is excluded.
6. Minimum age
Only persons aged 18 and over may take part in tastings. We may ask for ID.
7. Safety and house rules
In the distillery, the instructions of our staff apply. Anyone who does not follow them may be excluded from the tour.
