From the heath into the bottle
The botanicals are prepared individually and then distilled together with the spirit in the copper still.

Maceration
The botanicals steep overnight in neutral spirit and release their aromas.

A slow run over copper. Only the heart is used.

Reduced to drinking strength, rested and bottled by hand.

Dry, pine, citrus peel, lightly peppery.
Finish
Clean and herbal, with long juniper.

With tonic and rosemary
Plenty of ice, a dry tonic at one to three and a sprig of rosemary.
